O Come, Emmanuel (1991) for women's voices is an arrangement of the familiar Christmas carol that was written for the Takoma Park Presbyterian Church in Takoma Park, Maryland. The words are based on a text from the 1990 Presbyterian Hymnal and the tune derives from thirteenth century plainchant.
